Using this site

Fees
Sales and lettings fees are agreed in writing before an instruction is accepted. Fees quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Client money
Client money is held in a designated client account and is protected under a client money protection scheme. Details are available on request.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to the office in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved within eight weeks you may refer it to an independent redress scheme.
