What we collect
When you request a valuation, register your requirements or send a message through this site, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and property details you give us. We also collect anonymous usage data through the site analytics.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and — if you ask us to — tell you when a property matching your requirements comes to the market. We do not sell data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are held for twenty-four months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records relating to a completed transaction are held for six years to meet anti-money-laundering obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the office address on the contact page.
