Set behind a gated cobbled entrance, the house was taken back to brick in 2021 and rebuilt across four floors with a full-width rear extension. The ground floor now runs uninterrupted from the street door to a walled garden of forty feet.

Four bedrooms sit above, including a principal suite with dressing room and a study that opens onto a small planted terrace. Plant, wiring and glazing are all new; the facade is the only original element that survives.
